Website Requirements

C1R recommends the use of the following free web browsers:

• Safari 3
• Firefox 3
• Internet Explorer 7 (Windows only)
• Google Chrome (Windows only)

The following browsers are not actively supported and you should not use them when possible:

• Internet Explorer 6 and lower
• Firefox 1
• Safari 2 and lower

We strongly recommend that users of Internet Explorer 6 upgrade to a newer browser. You may experience reduced or inconsistent functionality while on our site if you use an unrecommended browser.

Rental Requirements

All Rentals require the use of Windows XP or Vista and Windows Media Player due to our use of Microsoft Windows Media Digital Rights Management protection. We advise all MacOS X and Linux users to use the On Demand system to conveniently stream video to their computers. If you would like to watch a title that is not currently available On Demand, please contact customer service and request that it be made available.

On Demand Requirements

On Demand, Live and Raw, and Dirk Yates require the use of the free Adobe Flash Player v9.0.115.
