C1R Scores Several Grabby Awards
Los Angeles, CA – Channel 1 Releasing is pleased to announce that the company was honored with several wins this weekend at the Grabby Awards. Starting the night off, Doug Jeffries highly controversial hit BLACK MEAT WHITE HEAT garnered the awards for Best Box Cover and Best Screenplay. Chi Chi LaRue’s BLACKBALLED 6: UNDER THE HOOD followed with Best Ethnic and Best All Sex Film, as well as Hottest Cum Scene for Scott Alexander, Christopher Ashlee, Eddie Diaz, Aarin Driver, Ian Rock, Markus Ram, Derek Reynolds, Aron Ridge, & Dylan Saunders.
C1R Exclusive and Grabby Co-Host Blake Riley was awarded with the title of Best Rimming Scene along with Cort Donovan and Turk Mason for their performance in Chi Chi LaRue’s EXCESS. Following in Riley’s footsteps, C1R Exclusive Cameron Marshall received the highly coveted Best Newcomer Award along with good friend Kyle King.
“I’m still kind of in shock” said C1R Exclusive Cameron Marshall, “I couldn’t believe it when they called my name. It was such a big surprise and I’m so thankful and honored.”

Doug did such a great job with BLACK MEAT WHITE HEAT and I’m glad he was recognized for that. I’m thrilled that BLACKBALLED 6 was honored for something beyond the ethnic category and one of my proudest moments of the night was when Cameron was named Best Newcomer.”
The 2009 Grabby Awards took place at the Park West Theatre in Chicago and were hosted by the legendary Chi Chi LaRue and Honey West; with Co-Hosts Blake Riley, Brent Corrigan and Wolf Hudson.
