Happy Holigays Blog!
As you may have already heard, I celebrated my 50th birthday on the set of “Black Balled 7: Jail Slammed” but I’m a glutton for punishment so I DJ’d the week of my birthday at Here Lounge and celebrated it with my best friend Jason Sechrest who was turning 30. Together, we make 80! My dear friend Rhiannon, who I call Ri Ri, flew in from Jacksonville, Florida to help me celebrate and sew her fingers to the bone! We all ventured out for what became one of the most packed, fun, outrageous evenings ever at Here Lounge. My gal pal Chelsia Hart from “Big Brother” brought the kooky chick Michelle from “BB 11” and I just adored her!
That Monday, I was off to Ft. Lauderdale to celebrate Thanksgiving with the folks of FabScout Entertainment and the Visconti Triplets. Now let me tell ya, they look good in pictures but they are orgasm inducing in person! They can’t speak a word of English but “suck my dick” in Hungarian works just fine for me! I DJ’d at the world famous Boardwalk on Thanksgiving night and I must say no turkeys were seen. Workin’ it out at The Boardwalk is always a highlight of my year. Relaxed at the luxurious Pineapple Point for a few days and shopped my butt off at The Galleria.
Then it was home to L.A. to start work on an extra secret project and of course more DJ gigs! One being the legendary night that all Hell froze over and two of my friends became lovers on the lips! (I just threw up in my mouth a little.) Of course, I wish Brandon all the luck in the world because I’ve personally experienced Liza Def Con 12! We also celebrated one of the cutest boys in the world, Jason Pitt’s birthday. I have to say, he really is one of the sweetest, cutest and most humble pumpkins I’ve ever met. Can’t wait to work with him! “Little Big League 4” anyone??? That along with Perez Hilton, Kevin Williamson and some cast members from “The Vampire Diaries” was enough to make it all in all, a great night!
The next time I DJ’d at Here was the following Wednesday for “Chi Chi’s Christmas Hoo-Ha!” I shot a video Christmas card for Chi Chi LaRue’s, my store on Santa Monica Blvd., before heading over to rock the children with my jams. It really was like Christmas because it’s freezing fucking cold! But everyone stayed warm on the dance floor.
This week, I’m off for my yearly holiday festivities in what I call “the frozen tundra” of Minnesota. Jason Sechrest will be joining me for the first couple days. He’s actually getting me to go to the Holidazzle Parade and in my 50 years I have never seen it. Should be interesting! I will be DJ’ing at The Gay 90’s Entertainment Complex on Saturday, December 19th. The 90’s boasts fabulous drag, super strong drinks and enough flannel to make you scream! Some friends of mine from high school have already warned me that they’re coming, even some parents of my friends from high school will be there to point, stare and gawk at the clown in the DJ booth. Everyone says that Bob Dylan, Kevin McHale and I are the three most famous people from Hibbing, Minnesota. I take that honor with great pride. Can’t throw a basketball, but can sing better than Bob Dylan.
Last but not least, if you’re looking for something to do for New Year’s and you’re in the lovely land of Jacksonville, Florida, stop by The Metro on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and yes, even the day after and show me your junk!
