Well I just got back from a very exciting weekend in Chicago with my good friends at the Grabby Awards. When I got on the plane on Wednesday with Chi Chi, I never expected the amount of fun I would have…nor did I expect to receive the great honors that me and our company would receive! I can always count on the good taste and the great support I get from Stacey, Mark and all the folks at the Grabbys.

Wednesday night we were taken to the Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club for dinner with Mark and Stacey and I saw more Cher and Whitney drag numbers then I think I need to see for the rest of the year. The food was delicious…the manager made us feel very welcome and the company of course was amazing!
We then headed over to Hydrate where Chi Chi was to spin the following night to make sure everything was all set and ready for her.

Thursday night was the big party night. C1R and Fabscout hosted the VERY VERY busy Hydrate pre-grabby party. WOW…I never saw so many porn boy dancers in one place in my entire life! Those in attendance and swinging from the stripper poles included C1R Exclusives Jeremy Bilding, Cameron Marshall, Blake Riley along with Tyler Saint, Josh West, TJ Hawk (yummy), Ricky Sinz, Tommy DeFendi, Erik West, Austin Wild, and so on and so on and so on! Chi Chi was off the hook with her spinning and the eye candy was crazy. I was there filming the event for Club Channel 1 and it was pretty easy to get lots of amazing footage of a spectacular evening! In the crowd (not dancing) were the likes of Sister Roma, Honey West (looking better than ever!), Jade (from RuPaul’s Drag race), Tim Sweeney, Steven Scarborough, Jason Sechrest, Brandon Baker, Angel Benton, Diesel Washington, Ian Rock, Howard from Fabscout, Gio, Adam Killian, Trevor Knight and Jason Ridge.

Friday was devoted to Sister Roma and The event at Roscoes. About 25 porn stars and directors were interviewed on stage and gave away product for the charity TPAN and I think we did a great job making money between this event and the thurday night party! It’s great to see a group of your friends and colleagues getting together for a good cause! Those up there from our group were the usual suspects… Me, Cameron, Jeremy, Chi Chi (out of drag), Adam Killian, Blake and tons of porn family members came out to support the cause!

Saturday night and the big night has approached. Chi Chi got me and the boys a limo to get us to the red carpet and everyone was dressed to the nines! The first award after the big number was best box cover. Winner: BLACK MEAT WHITE HEAT! Wow…that’s mine! I happily accepted on behalf of my friend Todd Marflake. I said that Todd has been doing my box designs since my first movie and he is the best in the business! Second award was for screenplay. Winner: Doug Jeffries for BLACK MEAT WHITE HEAT! Wow! Totally unexpected! I went back up and said that the script is controversial and that I brought it to another studio who told me that it was racist and that they would not make it. I am so happy that C1R allows me to have creative control over my products and full freedom of expression!!! After that I got to accept awards for Chi Chi’s BLACKBALLED 6: UNDER THE HOOD which took Best Ethnic, Best All Sex and Best Cum Scene. Blake and Cort Donovan accepted the award for best rimming scene in Chi Chi’s Rascal extravaganza EXCESS, and my favorite award went to Cameron Marshall who took Best Newcomer!
